I work at McGill University as part of the web development team, where I am responsible for interface development (XHTML, CSS, usability, accessibility, standards-compliance, etc) for the publishing system used to run the university's web site.
From September 2001 to March 2006, I held a position as faculty lecturer in the Career and Management Studies area at McGill's the Centre for Continuing Education. There I taught courses in information architecture, web construction, and knowledge management at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. I also worked as the coordinator for the e-commerce programs at the Centre.
Prior to joining McGill in 2001, I worked for a number of years in software (ERP/supply-chain) and web development in positions relating to project management, information architecture, web development, marketing, and user education.
