
Professor Carrieri became a member of McGill's Faculty of Management in 1998, and teaches International Finance at the undergraduate and MBA level. Her teaching interests also include Investments, European Economy and Financial Markets.
Professor Carrieri's doctoral dissertation examined the importance of currency risk in European financial markets and the consequences of liberalization and monetary unification. Her ongoing research is focused on the impact of changes within the institutions of capital markets and, in particular, on changes in their integration.
Professor Carrieri's research interests include asset pricing, international finance and time-series econometrics.
