Introduction

Robin Rowley is a Professor. His doctorate is from the London School of Economics. In the area of applied economics he is studying repayment schemes for student loans, and decisions by firms to replace existing capital equipment with new equipment. He also works in econometric theory, studying probability and econometric methodology.
