Julia Scott C.A., CFA, MBA is Director of the CA Program. She joined McGill University in 2000 and teaches Advanced Financial Accounting and Financial Statement Analysis in the B Com programs and Business Analysis in the Graduate Program in Accounting, for students pursuing their CA designation. She has been teaching for more than 20 years at the university level both at McGill and previously at Bishop’s University.

Julia is the author of numerous textbook supplements; Test banks, Instructor’s Manuals, On-line Learning Centres; for texts in Introductory and Advanced Financial Accounting.

An active member of the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute Julia is a consultant to the Curriculum and Education area in the development of on-line materials for candidate programs and has been a grader of CFA exams for many years.

Prior to teaching, Julia worked in Toronto with the Toronto Dominion Bank and obtained her C.A. with Ernst & Young (Clarkson Gordon).
