Research interests

Reasearch in our lab focuses on the structure and function of the male reproductive system with particular interest on the testis and epididymis. Electron microscopy, immunocytochemistry, radioautography and various tracers are employed to study the pathway of secretory proteins and the endocytic activity of the various cell types in lining the reproductive tract. These studies are designed to help evaluate the role of the epididymis in sperm maturation.
