Research Interests
Prof. Nate Quitoriano heads the Semiconductor Nanostructures Lab (SNL) at McGill University which researches device applications of metal-catalyzed semiconductor growth, including semiconductor nanowires. Applications of particular interest include: solar cells, lasers, photo-diodes, and sensors. For more information, see "Research Interests" on the left.

2006-2009: Hewlett-Packard Laboratories, worked with Theodore I. Kamins in the Information and Quantum Systems Lab under the direction of R. Stanley Williams.
