Prof. Nate Quitoriano heads the Semiconductor Nanostructures Lab (SNL) at McGill University which researches device applications of metal-catalyzed semiconductor growth, including semiconductor nanowires. Applications of particular interest include: solar cells, lasers, photo-diodes, and sensors. For more information, see "Research Interests" on the left.
