Curriculum vitae
My research examines individual job mobility, in particular strategies and constraints for getting ahead, as well as the personal experience of transitions. Currently I study gender job segregation, entry into elite white collar jobs, and the identity work of the unemployed. I teach courses on leadership and organizational behavior in the BCom and PhD programs.
